Practice managers generally serve as the business administrator for a medical practice. They often help the practice develop its business strategy, as well as overseeing its day-to-day business operations. Practice or business managers are often responsible for accounting, accounts receivables, banking, schedule coordinator, purchasing, accounts payable, training, directing the front office staff, and client relations.
