International Medical Graduate Section (IMGS)
The purpose of MAG's International Medical Graduate Section (IMGS) is to encourage the support and active participation of international medical graduates in the Medical Association of Georgia and its IMGS as well as the various local/county medical societies and the American Medical Association. The IMGS provides a forum for international medical graduates in organized medicine, promotes the purpose, objectives and goals of MAG and promotes the involvement of international medical graduates in shaping the future of organized medicine. The IMGS is led by a Governing Council and has delegate seats at the MAG House of Delegates. MAG members who are international medical graduates are automatically represented in the IMGS.
